These Pulling Breast Collars are made with Harness Leather. The Tugs buckle around the pommel of each side of the horn.

Shoulder strap tapers from 3 inch at widest to a 2 inch width, doubled and stitched, 20 inches in length not including hardware.
Heavy duty D Ring is 4 x 3 inches.
Center Tie Down with backer is 1 inch wide, adjustable with buckle and a 3 inch swivel top snap on end.
Tug straps are 1 inch wide, adjustable with buckles and 30 inches in length.
