Description   Leather English Breast Collar in your choice of dark Brown or Tan with scalloped edges!  Brown Breast Collar has brass hardware. *  Amish handcrafted at it's finest *  Heavy duty rust resistant hardware *  Rot resistant nylon thread used   *  Made with the finest quality Leather *  Standard Horse Size Shoulder straps adjust from 20 inches to 25 inches not including hardware, 1 inch wide doubled and stitched. Center Tie Down with fleece backer adjusts up to 26 inches, has several holes for perfect adjustment, with snap for quick attachment. Center Round Ring is 2 1/2 inch. Over Wither's Strap is 11 inches, tapers from 1 3/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch, doubled and stitched.
