The Tugs buckle around the pommel of each side of the horn. *  Amish handcrafted at it's finest *  Heavy duty rust resistant hardware *  Rot resistant nylon thread used *  Made with Harness Leather *  Tugs buckle around Horn *  Standard Horse Size Shoulder strap tapers from 3 inch at widest to a 2 inch width, doubled and stitched, 20 inches in length not including hardware. Heavy duty D Ring is 4 x 3 inches. Center Tie Down with backer is 1 inch wide, adjustable with buckle and a 3 inch swivel top snap on end.
