Shipping
 
At this time we only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.  We personally inspect and pack every item carefully, so we are well aware of items condition when sent you. All of our products come New directly from our personally selected Amish Handcrafters Harness Shop. All orders are shipped within 2 business days (excluding vacations, holidays and weekends) of receiving cleared payment.

We use USPS Priority Mail and in some instances Parcel Post for our very large packages. We also include a free delivery confirmation with tracking number for your protection as well as ours. We also insure all packages shipped out. Once package is accepted by shipper, delivery time can vary greatly. We cannot guarantee or control shipping time. We use recycled boxes when we can, to help save trees and money. We pride ourselves in safe and secure packaging! 

Priority Mail is very quick, you should receive your package normally within 2 - 4 days after we ship it out. Parcel Post can take any where from 2 - 9 days after we ship it out to you. We also offer Express Mail for those who want their packages quicker. You will need to select your Shipping method in the drop down box provided to you at the checkout page. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based upon the total weight of your items, the location from where item is being shipped from and to it's destination, and method of shipping.
 
Free Shipping on Orders over $99.00   If your order totals $99 or more, please select free shipping in the drop down box.  Our Shopping Cart will automatically deduct any shipping charges on your order.

Please Note: Free Shipping on Orders over $99.00 does not include the cost of the shipping. In other words, if your Total Order with the cost of shipping is over $99.00, you are not eligible for the Free Shipping. It must be $99.00 without the cost of shipping. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked "delivered"  when tracked via the United States Postal Service website delivery confirmation tracking system.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

 Although we do our best to describe every item, if you believe we may have left any important information out of the listing, we encourage you to contact us with any questions before making your purchase. This may eliminate any future problems or doubts you have on an item.

We do include our return shipping address, phone number and an email address for you located at the bottom of this page if you need to contact us. We highly recommend you measure your horse, as this could eliminate returning an item. This is why we include several measurements included in the description of our products. Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.  You may return your unused product within 7 days for an exchange (if available) or refund of the purchase price. Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear. If an item is returned that is not re - saleable as new, or past the 7 day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense. Any product that you try on your horse must be free of any horse hair and dirt. Please take appropriate precautions. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for custom made items.   Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your return to be received and inspected.  We will not accept product returns without prior knowledge.  You must contact us if you plan on returning an item. You may do so either by email or by calling us.

Cancelled Orders

All products ordered can be canceled. We suggest you contact us ASAP, as we ship our orders quickly. Please email us or telephone us before we ship your order. If you choose to cancel your order, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Please understand our reasons for doing so - it takes time, paperwork, and simply the costs involved in canceling your order.

Please Note

All orders are screened for fraud before processing. Due to Credit Card fraudulent orders over the internet, we check the IP address of our orders. If your IP address is outside the United States, we will cancel your order. Our website has anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We will report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
